Kristine Eudey is an artist based in New York City. Through strategies of arrangement and contingency, Eudey’s works revolve around human relationships to material and power. Her practice, spanning photography, sculpture, video, and sound, explores the ways in which image-based representation and the augmentation of physical space convene to shift our relationships to the visible.
Her work has been shown internationally and across the United States, with recent exhibitions at Re. (Brooklyn), Bass & Reiner (San Francisco) and most recently as one half of a sound collaboration with performance artist Phoebe Osborne. Eudey received an MFA from California College of the Arts in 2014 and has taught photography at California College of the Arts and the University of California, Berkeley. She is a former Director and current curator-at-large for the gallery City Limits in Oakland, CA.
